Fans of the band Ghost have rallied together for the family of the late Jeffrey Fortune. The 52-year-old man passed away on May 31st after collapsing during an intermission at the band’s live performance in Milwaukee, WI. EMTs performed emergency care on him at the venue though he ultimately passed away later at the hospital. The band cancelled the remainder of the show as a result of his medical emergency and publicly issued condolences on the matter.

The Medical Examiner later determined his death to be the result of a probable cardiac arrest, revealing that Fortune had a history of cardiac issues. Since his death and the reveal of his identity, Ghost fans put together this GoFundMe and have raised $6,450 for his family in two days time as of the time of this post.
