Woman Who Is Suing Marilyn Manson For Alleged 90s Sexual Assaults Comes Forward

A woman currently suing Marilyn Manson (aka Brian Warner) over alleged sexual abuse that took place back in the 1990s has publicly come forward. 44-year-old actress Bianca Allaine Kyne has revealed herself as the individual who filed suit against the shock rocker back in early 2023.

Kyne also named Manson‘s labels at the time, Interscope Records/Nothing Records, in the suit, claiming they ‘were aware of defendant Warner’s practice of sexually assaulting minors, and aided and abetted such behavior.’

In her original suit, Kyne alleged Manson sexually abused her while she was a minor, citing a pair of incidents she claims to have occurred around 1995 in Texas and in New Orleans when she was 16. She also alleged that Manson engaged in grooming and sexually abusing her amid a series of incidents while on the road with him in 1999 when she was 18 years of age.

Her suit cited alleged incidents in Uniondale and Buffalo, NY. You can find more on her initial claims in this past report.

Manson‘s legal team sought to dismiss several of her claims, filing a motion to do so on May 22nd of last year. In response, this past December saw Kyne withdraw her claims of the New Orleans abuse from her lawsuit over the New York incidents. Earlier this month, a judge overseeing the matter in New York allowed the removal of those New Orleans-based claims from the New York suit, with those now omitted claims set to proceed in a separate New Orleans-filed suit.

Said judge also agreed with Warner‘s legal team that the alleged New Orleans incidents can not be used as ‘factual background’ in the New York case, presumably given that they had not yet been proven in court.

The judge did not grant Manson‘s attempts to have Kyne‘s claim of “intentional infliction of emotional distress” in relation to the alleged 1999 New York assaults dismissed however. It’s also been noted that Manson‘s camp did not try to dismiss Kyne‘s claims of sexual battery from the alleged 1999 incidents.

Per Rolling Stone, Kyne said in a new statement:

“No longer a nameless victim, I stand before you as Bianca Allaine Kyne, a survivor. Today, I reclaim my voice, a voice stolen for far too long.”

“For years, I lived under his shadow, paralyzed by fear. But that fear no longer controls me. It has been replaced by an unwavering pursuit of justice. I stand tall, unafraid. This is not just about my personal story. This is about exposing an industry that prioritizes profit over the safety of vulnerable young women.”

Back in January of last year. Howard King, who serves as Manson‘s lawyer, claimed that Kyne‘s allegations are part of a “fabricated” story, stating at the time, “[Brian Warner] does not know this individual and has no recollection of ever having met her 28 years ago. He certainly was never intimate with her.”

While this pair of suits continues to make its way through the courts, Manson is also set to face trial next year over a sexual assault lawsuit filed against him by his ex-personal assistant Ashley Walters. That case is slated to go before the courts on June 02nd of 2025.

Manson has continued to deny the sexual abuse allegations leveled against him by a dozen women over the past few years, and remains engaged in a defamation suit against his ex-fiancée Evan Rachel Wood. He claims Wood and her associate Ilma Gore took part in orchestrating the wave of allegations that were leveled against him since Wood came forward with allegations of abuse against Manson back in 2021.

Thus far that defamation suit has seen multiple claims from Manson‘s camp struck down, with Manson having been ordered to pay over $496,000 of Wood‘s legal fees. Several of Manson‘s claims in that case do remain in motion however, including his allegations that Wood and Gore conspired to gain unauthorized access to his computer, impersonate him over the internet, and that they were behind the ‘swatting’ call that brought police to his residence.

Manson also currently faces a civil lawsuit over his 2019 concert spitting incident. Manson initially accepted a plea deal over charges related to that incident back in September of last year, being sentenced to a fine of $1,400 and 20 hours of community service, which he completed.

Outside of that, Manson reached a settlement with Esmé Bianco in January of 2023 over her sexual assault, etc. lawsuit against him. September of last year also saw Manson settle an additional sexual assault lawsuit filed by a Jane Doe.

A separate sexual assault lawsuit brought against Manson by Ashley Morgan Smithline was recanted and dismissed in early 2023.

In the wake of the initial allegations back in 2021, Manson was dropped by his label, his manager, his talent agency and more. He intends to return to the live stage for the first time since the allegations later this year. He’s also apparently signed a deal with Nuclear Blast for his planned comeback.
