Marilyn Manson Sued For Sexual Assault, Harassment, Battery And More By Ex-Personal Assistant

Marilyn Manson (Brian Warner) is facing a lawsuit filed by his former assistant Ashley Walters, who originally came forward against him publicly back on February 01st of this year alongside his former fiancée, actress Evan Rachel Wood, and several other women.

Within this new lawsuit she made six claims against Manson, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, sexual battery, infliction of emotional distress and the violation of several Californian civil codes.

In the suit Walters states that she met Manson on social media in March of 2010, after being approached by him in regards to her work as an aspiring photographer. She claims that they later met up and Warner at one point pinned her to a bed and attempted to kiss her and grope her without her consent.

It is alleged that Manson later acted more professional during further conversations and suggested a work-related collaboration. She claims he went on to offer her a position as his director of photography, if she agreed to appear in a video wearing only her underwear and a Nazi jacket.

It is further alleged in the suit that Manson had a habit of ‘auditioning’ people in this manner, filming his potential employees wearing Nazi paraphernalia and saying damning/offensive things for future usage as potential blackmail should they ever seek to cross him.

Walters also alleges that Manson would offer her up to several of his friends, including unnamed actors, directors and musicians, who were said to have groped and kissed her without her consent. She further claimed that Manson had shown her video footage of himself abusing a young fan, stripping her of her clothes and whipping her, allegedly at gunpoint. Walters contends the female in the video was a minor at the time.

Walters also alleged that Manson would intimidate through various threats of potential harm and menace, claiming he had gang affiliations and such that could cause problems, if not the death, for those went against him. She also detailed incidents in which she said Manson was frequently being physically and verbally abusive, and would also hide drugs in her luggage during trips together.

Walters says she worked with Warner as his personal assistant beginning in August of 2010 and was later first fired from his employ in July of 2011, after Manson disapproved of her contact with another former ex of Manson, actress Esmé Bianco. Bianco herself filed suit against Manson last month, alleging rape, abuse and human trafficking. Walters was later rehired by Manson until October 2011, where she was fired for a final time. She claims that Manson would go on to hack her Facebook account and accuse her of theft. Further details of Walters‘ claims can be found over at Rollingstone.com.

In her suit, Walters is seeking back pay and lost wages as well as unspecified damages. She is also seeking the deletion of any images/footage he has of her, as well as explicit images of other women he obtained without their consent. She is further seeking that Manson‘s employees submit to anti-sexual harassment and anti-sexual violence training.

Manson‘s camp have since ‘vehemently denied’ the allegations brought forward against him by Walters. Manson‘s camp also previously responded to Bianco‘s claims as being “provably false”.

Manson himself initially addressed the allegations made against him on February 01st with the below statement:

“Obviously, my art and my life have long been magnets for controversy, but these recent claims about me are horrible distortions of reality. My intimate relationships have always been entirely consensual with like-minded partners. Regardless of how – and why – others are now choosing to misrepresent the past, that is the truth.”

Over a dozen women have come forward with public allegations against Manson this year, including Ashley Morgan Smithline, who shared her story earlier this month.
