Marilyn Manson’s Attorney Responds To Esmé Bianco’s Recent Lawsuit: “These Claims Are Provably False”

Marilyn Manson has responded through his attorney to the recent lawsuit filed against him by actress Esmé Bianco (‘Game Of Thrones‘, ‘The Magicians‘). This past Friday, April 30th, Bianco filed suit against Manson in a California court, alleging that she was drugged, tortured and raped by Manson during incidents stemming from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to those claims, she also alleged that Manson had committed human trafficking when he flew her over to the states from London, England for an abusive video shoot for a clip that never saw a release, as well as a film project that materialized. Manson‘s now former longtime manager Tony Ciulla was also named in that suit. Bianco is seeking unspecified damages in the suit.

Bianco had previously come forward against Manson this past February. In a statement issued to the Associated Press today, May 01st, Manson‘s attorney Howard E. King responded to Bianco‘s lawsuit:

“These claims are provably false. To be clear, this suit was only filed after my client refused to be shaken down by Ms. Bianco and her lawyer and give in to their outrageous financial demands based on conduct that simply never occurred. We will vigorously contest these allegations in court and are confident that we will prevail.”

Bianco was one of over a dozen women who came forward against Manson this year. She had previously given testimony regarding abuse she suffered by a then unnamed abuser in front of a CA Assembly Public Safety Committee several years back. She did so in support of the since passed Phoenix Act, which increased the statute of limitations for reporting a domestic violence incident in California from 3 years to 5.
