Every time I hear the term “bizkit fans”, what I really hear is “deaf fucking idiot”. This song is terrible. Not just Fred Dursts lyrics and vocals, but the music too. It’s the same shitty played out power chords and over saturated effects they’ve used in every goddamn song they’ve ever written. With all the amazing and creative music out today, I couldn’t slip this CD by a 15 year old without him laughing his ass off at the horribleness. Some of you are overreacting just a tad. It’s just a Limp Bizkit song, it’s not the end of the world. You don’t have to listen to it and you don’t have to buy it and you don’t have to see them play. I don’t think Limp Bizkit take themselves that serious. take them for what they are (or rather what they became, after their first album), a sort of silly, unpretentious, party-rock band. i agree that Fred is kinda annoying tho. for me, its not so much his lyrics that bother me, its his delivery. i think his lyrics are kinda fun in that ridiculous old-school hip-hop kind of way, but that high-pitched, hype-up voice or whatever the hell you wanna call it is just annoying.

Actually they do take themselves seriously…thats what makes it so damn infuriating…now…if Fred were to stand up and admit to what we all already know (those of us with common sense anyways…canadian_bizkit is excluded) by saying something like “I really do not care about my lyrics, I don’t put any thought into them, I just say whatever I feel is necessary to help the hard-ass groove of the song,” then it would be a step in the right direction. Now…on the first album, a lot of that shit was badass, I will admit. Because at that time Limp Bizkit were just starting out, and Fred Durst actually put some thought into his lyrics for the most part, as you can tell just by listening to a song like “Pollution” and then listening to something like “Nookie”

Im more than happy Bizkit deceided to get back together. Im no teeny bopper and was in my late teens when Limp hit it big back i the late 90s and the music reminds of drinking beers having a good time and fucking chicks. If you werent around to experience those days I feel bad because what came after SUCKED!!!! FUCK the THE bands where are they now??? Indie was uneventfull and boring…… and FUCK EMO cause that was the worst period in music history…Theres something wrong when guys wear more make up, tighter clothes and whine more than girls!!!! I can admit there have been some bands to come out in the last decade that were decent (Shadows Fall, All That Remains, AX7, Chevelle, Three Days Grace). Dont forget the Audio Slaves and Velvet Rovolver who were derived from other great bands mostly from the 90s.. also let it be know Queens of the Stone Age started in 96 but only hit it big in the 2000s. So you now see a resurgence of bands like Alice and Chains, STP, Korn, Deftones, Limp Bizkit, Pearl Jam, cause like Fred an Wes said ” We decided we were more disgusted and bored with the state of heavy popular music than we were with each other”. Trust me, they weren’t the only ones!!!

He will be the first person to tell you is lyrics often are pretty, he has been quoted recently that he feels ridiculous having to sing songs like “nookie” and “rollin” at his age. With this band you have to look past their radio hits, their deeper songs are usually the more popular ones with the fans. I personally HATE the song “rollin” along with the likes of “red light green light” and “getcha groove on.” Honestly the only good all rap song he put out was “N2gether Now.” But I digress, you have to look at songs like “Don’t Go Off Wandering”, “A Lesson Learned”, “Hold On.” The vast majority of Limp’s songs don’t have the poppy catchy lyrics. The only thing that’s worse than a “hater” is a hater who is uneducated on something he is hating on. So please shut the fuck up and quit arguing with these kids. royksopp are great, i’m a nu metal guy but, i love to groov to moby and royksopp most of my friend are dance music guys so when there in mine having a drink i meet them half way with the likes of royksopp. my 3 main bands who i like are limp bizkit, korn, sytem of a down in that order. me and my mate john are maybe the biggest limp fans in ireland went to see them at download got the plane over last year, my mate has limp tatood on his leg i might get one next month. im 22 and loved them since i was 12. but i can imagine the lap top falling from your lap while you laugh histericaly at that. but i know how limp could come acroos to the average non fan but they got something that is beyond the silly lyrics and fred durst arse hole demeener[ not that i think fred is a ass hole], but there is more to limp thatn what you can see on the outside.
I forgot to mention The Mars Volta and Dredg in that list as well..yeah I am not a huge fan of dance music…when I think of that shit I think of that rave crap…that I cannot stand. All of it has that same “in-sah in-sah” beat to it. Yeah I pretty much grew up with nu-metal, it was in fact nu-metal that took me away from all the 80s bullshit and 90s pop that I used to listen to, and thank heavens for that.
