Deadsy frontman Elijah Blue Allman has been indicted on a felony criminal mischief charge following his March 01st, 2026 arrest. Allman, who has had a history of substance abuse problems, was actually arrested twice this year, for a series of bizarre incidents.
On February 27th, 2026, Allman was charged with two counts of simple assault, one charge of criminal trespass and another charge of criminal threatening. He was also charged with disorderly conduct. Those charges stemmed from an incident involving him that transpired at St. Paul’s School in Concord, NH. Allman was said to have gained entry into the facility by claiming he was the parent of a prospective student, before an altercation transpired in the school’s dining hall.
Days later, Allman was arrested on March 01st, this time for allegedly breaking into a New Hampshire home, while one of the lawful residents was still inside. Said resident claimed to have hid in a closet and called the authorities. A police report indicated that Allman had smashed out the back door to gain entry and was found smoking a cigarette on the sofa when authorities arrived. He also claimed to have permission to be in the house at the time of his arrest.
He was charged with burglary, two counts of criminal mischief and a breach of bail for that incident. Allman pleaded not guilty to the charges. Now WMUR report that a grand jury has chose to indict him on the criminal mischief charge. Allman is said to have largely remained hospitalized in the wake of the arrests and is scheduled to face a competency hearing this fall for the February incident. An arraignment date on the felony criminal mischief charge is pending for next month.
Amid it all, the past few years have seen his mother, pop star Cher, repeatedly seek to establish a temporary conservatorship over Elijah‘s finances. She claims he struggles with drug abuse and mental health issues. Court records have shown that Elijah is entitled to an annual trust fund payment of roughly $120,000 established by his late father, Gregg Allman of the Allman Brothers fame. Thus far Cher‘s requests have been struck down by the courts.
