As he once again squares off with his detractors on social media, Falling In Reverse vocalist Ronnie Radke has shouted out his fans. The latest wave of criticism to hit Radke comes from his decision to release a new song with Marilyn Manson, in light of the aforementioned shock rock icon’s numerous allegations. Yesterday, May 20th, saw the pair debut a new track titled “God Is A Weapon“.

Also revealed yesterday was Falling In Reverse‘s new summer headlining tour, which will once again Radke and co. out with their compatriots in Slaughter To Prevail and Tech N9ne. Slaughter To Prevail have of course weathered their own share of criticism over the years.

Wage War, whose guitarist Cody Quistad is a frequent writing partner with Radke, are also on the bill for that trek, as is Sleep Theory and Point North. Radke, himself a divisive figure, has previously taken to publicly beefing with fellow artists like Spiritbox, Chris Motionless of Motionless In White, Sebastian Bach and numerous others. He’s also been known to unload on various social media users who have taken shots at him online.

While decidedly caustic in comparison to the social media activities of his peers, Falling In Reverse have gone on to enjoy increased fame and commercial success in recent years. The band’s latest album “Popular Monster” and its respective singles have racked up numerous platinum and gold certifications.

In light of this latest round of uproar, Radke issued this video statement earlier today, May 21st, applauding his fans for their dedication to the band [transcribed by theprp.com]:

“…I was thinking about this, my fanbase — like all my fans, that have come with me for the last 20 years — and even my new fans — are the best. I have the best fanbase, and I’ll give you reasons why: They’re not a bunch of punk ass, pussy ass bitches that whine and cry over who bands tour with and who bands work with.

Imagine being a band right now, and you’re sitting here… you’re worried about if your fans are gonna be mad at you because you worked with somebody that has allegations that aren’t even true. These people are fucking r*tarded. You guys, all you guys, all you little fans that whine are r*tarded. I have the best fanbase.

And the second reason is, because my fanbase also likes the bands that you guys like too. They like me and they like your favorite bands, so that’s why I’m probably the biggest too. So yeah, to all those little whiny brats that are complaining every tour that we drop — every tour I drop is the biggest tour. And you’re still bitching and complaining because friends of mine that I’ve known for fucking 10 years are on the tour with me.

Shut the fuck up. You guys are all r*tarded, and have a wonderful day. And to all my fans that are fucking mellow and okay, and not r*tarded and not stupid and not fucking crazy fucking delusional online all the time. I love you, thank you very much.”
