Ozzy Osbourne Diagnosed With COVID-19

Heavy metal’s celebrated Prince Of Darkness, Ozzy Osbourne has tested positive for COVID-19. His wife/manager Sharon revealed the news during a recent appearance on her latest TV venture, ‘Talk TV‘. Speaking on that, she offered:

Ozzy was only diagnosed… It was, like, middle of the night our [U.K.] time. I spoke to him and he’s okay.”

“I’m very worried about Ozzy right now. We’ve gone two years without him catching COVID and it’s just Ozzy‘s luck he would get it now.”

According to the segment (available via TMZ,) Sharon stated that she intends to fly back to Los Angeles to be with him and intends to “hold him and kiss him with about 3 masks on.” The news of Ozzy‘s COVID diagnosis comes about just as he was putting the bulk of his well-documented health woes behind him, with one final surgery planned before he was able to head out to the UK to be with his wife and continue physical rehabilitation.

Ozzy severely injured himself in a fall back in 2019 during a late night bathroom trip. His tumble saw him aggravate steel rods that were previously surgically inserted in him to help him recover from the serious injuries he incurred in a 2003 ATV accident. In early 2020, Ozzy also went public with his Parkinson’s disease battle, revealing he diagnosed with PRKN 2 back in 2003.
