Shiner have cancelled their spring/summer tour that was to take place across legs ranging from May 21st-July 27th. The group intended to mount the tour in support of their first new album in 19 years, “Schadenfreude“, which saw a release last week. The cancellation of course comes about amid COVID-19 concerns.
Announcing the cancellation in a statement earlier today, May 13th, the band commented:

“Since we have no idea when we’ll actually be able to play shows, we’re going to cancel all of our upcoming dates so you can get your money back. We WILL tour for this record, but the last we thing we want to do is put anyone in danger. When things calm down a bit, we’ll come see you. Stay safe. Wash those buns.”
