Killswitch Engage frontman Jesse Leach continues to hammer away at material in the running for the group’s forthcoming new album. In a recent post on social media, he confirmed that he has been laying down the vocals for some 21 new songs and is currently halfway through tracking them. Not all of the tracks will make it onto the album however.
Leach had originally been tracking the songs earlier in the year until issues with a polyp in his throat required surgery this past April. He has since recovered from that, having toured with the band alongside Iron Maiden this summer.
