Add Guns N’ Roses to the rumored headliners for this year’s first-ever ‘Power Trip‘ festival. Hits Daily Double are reporting that the diamond-certified hard rockers will be taking part in the festival, which is expected to be held at the Empire Polo Field in Indio, CA this fall.
Current rumors have the festival set to take place from October 06th to 08th. According to the aforementioned publication, Guns N’ Roses and Iron Maiden will headline the Friday opening date, AC/DC and Ozzy Osbourne will be headlining the Saturday show and Metallica and Tool will close out the fest on Sunday.
An official announcement regarding the lineup for the festival is presently set to be made tomorrow, March 30th. Meanwhile, Texan crossover thrash metal outfit Power Trip don’t appear to be too thrilled about the festival co-opting their name. A reply shared on this Instagram post, found the aforementioned band simply replying “COOL”.
