The headliners and more have been booked for the 2027 ‘Bloodstock Open Air‘ festival. Next year’s event will be held August 05th-08th at Catton Park in Derbyshire, UK, with yet another 2027 performance from Danish heavy metal legends Mercyful Fate included. That group just began rolling out plans for their 2027 live return earlier this week. In this instance though, Mercyful Fate have been slated to close out the opening night of next year’s ‘Bloodstock‘.
German electronicore band Electric Callboy will headline night #2, while gold-certified industrial metalcore band Motionless In White will see out the festival on the final night. Other early highlights for the bill include sets from reunited sludge metal group Acid Bath, and a rare live set from the current tribute incarnation of Finnish melodic death metallers Children Of Bodom, among others.
