German heavy metal outfit Accept are being celebrated with a new tribute album dubbed “Teutonic Titans 1976-2026” in honor of their 50th anniversary. The band have enlisted a veritable army of some 50 guest musicians to reimagine 19 tracks from the the Accept catalo. Among those participating are Metallica‘s Kirk Hammet, Pantera‘s Phil Anselmo & Rex Brown, Judas Priest‘s Rob Halford, Korn‘s Ray Luzier, Ghost‘s Tobias Forge & more.
Accept guitarist Wolf Hoffmann said of this honor:
“There is no better way to celebrate this 50-year anniversary than to have our musical peers, friends, and inspirations come together with us to record these classic Accept songs, which I am honored and proud to share with the World. I hope everyone enjoys this very special record as much as we all enjoyed making it.”
