Howard Jones has announced the commencement of the recording sessions for his upcoming debut solo album. Known for his work with Killswitch Engage, Blood Has Been Shed and Light The Torch, Jones has been working on this new effort with a production team that includes producer Josh Gilbert of Spiritbox, etc. fame, and Joseph McQueen (Bullet For My Valentine, As I Lay Dying) engineering. Initial sessions took place last December.
Jones said on social media overnight:
“Im back with the dream team of josh and Joseph, my solo album recording has officially begun. We have talked about this for a couple years, thrilled to finally get started. Lots to share with several projects over the next few months, thank you to everyone who has kept up with this crazy ride. Here we go!”
