Multi-platinum occult rockers Ghost paid tribute to British rock legends Queen today, May 27th, with a special cover of the latter’s diamond-certified 1975 hit single “Bohemian Rhapsody“. That performance took place at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm, Sweden as part of the awards ceremony for this year’s Polar Music Prize, for which Queen are one of this year’s recipients.
Flanked by Opeth guitarist Fredrik Åkesson and Eric Ericsons Kammarkör onstage, the collective launched into the aforementioned hit with members of Queen in attendance in the audience.
