See Job For A Cowboy Joined Onstage By Lorna Shore’s Will Ramos At 2023 ‘Blue Ridge Rock Festival’

Job For A Cowboy returned to the stage for their first live shows in seven years last week. The technical death metal outfit performed a secret show at The Warehouse in Richmond, VA on September 07th under the moniker of ‘Above Ground Pool’. A day later they hit the stage as part of this year’s ‘Blue Ridge Rock Festival‘ amid a break from the severe weather that ultimately prompted the festival’s cancellation.

Symphonic deathcore star Will Ramos, who fronts Lorna Shore, joined Job For A Cowboy onstage during that latter set, beefing up the early deathcore-era cut “Entombment Of A Machine“. Fan-filmed footage from that festival performance has been shared online below.

Job For A Cowboy‘s time spent back onstage follows last month’s debut of the band’s first new single since 2014, “The Agony Seeping Storm“. A new studio album from the group is due to arrive early in 2024.
