Carnifex are winding down writing sessions for their ninth studio album. According to the deathcore band’s frontman Scott Ian Lewis, the group will enter the studio on February 15th to begin tracking it with producer Jason Suecof (Trivium, All That Remains) manning the boards.
That record will represent the band’s first full-length offering since welcoming ex-DevilDriver guitarist Neal Tiemann into the fold last year. Speaking of what’s to come, Lewis said yesterday, February 02nd:
