An official music video has just launched for Dance Gavin Dance‘s latest single, “Die Another Day“. It’s the third track to emerge from the Californian post-hardcore band’s new album “Jackpot Juicer“, due out July 29th. That visual component concludes ‘The Rat King Trilogy’ of videos that began with “Synergy” and went on to include “Pop Off“.
This past spring saw Dance Gavin Dance vocalist Tilian Pearson step down from the group amid several allegations of sexual misconduct. The controversy generated from his actions saw the band dumped from their planned summer tour with Coheed And Cambria and Mothica.
In turn, they have lined up the below headlining run with Royal Coda and Body Thief. Guitarist Andrew Wells has since moved to the clean vocalist role, while Veil Of Maya‘s Marc Okubo has been enlisted to fill-in on guitar for the band’s aforementioned tour. Former Dance Gavin Dance vocalist Kurt Travis (now of Royal Coda) will also be filling in on a few songs.
