Slugdge vocalist/guitarist Matthew Moss is apparently still suffering from the aftermath of having contracted COVID-19 several months after being diagnosed with the disease. The lingering condition is referred to as being a so-called ‘long hauler’, and finds certain symptoms, including fatigue, heart fluctuations and shortness of breath persisting in select patients.
Referencing this CNN report on the matter, Slugdge drummer Alan Cassidy (also of The Black Dahlia Murder) revealed that Moss apparently continues to battle symptoms of the disease, despite being discharged from quarantine for it back in mid-March. He commented on Twitter:
