Ozzy Osbourne Hoping To Work On New Album Next Month

Less than a week after releasing his twelfth studio album “Ordinary Man“, Ozzy Osbourne is already mapping out plans for its follow-up. Osbourne has been sidelined from the road for over a year now due to his health issues, which he intends to seek specialized treatment for in Switzerland this spring. The recovery period from that planned treatment forced him to once again postpone his planned North American touring this year.

Osbourne continues to suffer from a January 2019 fall which dislodged several steel rods previously inserted him during a prior surgery. The surgeries for that fall left him suffering nerve damage and lingering pain. He also continues to battle PRKN 2, a form of Parkinson’s disease that he was diagnosed with in 2003, but only publicly revealed earlier this year.

Speaking at last night’s (February 24th) ‘iHeart Radio ICONS‘ event held in his honor in Los Angeles, Osbourne revealed that he plans to once again enter the studio with “Ordinary Man” producer/writer/musician Andrew Watt (Post Malone). He commented:

“I’m hoping that next month I’ll go and do another album with Andrew [Watt]. I might as well, while I’m not doing gigs.”
