All That Remains frontman Phil Labonte hasn’t been too shy with his opinion of the widow of the band’s late guitarist Oli Herbert in the past, having few kind things to say of her. His latest comment on Twitter regarding Herbert‘s death paints a pretty clear picture as to how he feels about the ongoing police investigation into his passing:
CT state police arrested Jen Dulos estranged husband and charged him with murder. They have not found a body.
There’s been no arrest in the Oli Herbert case even though his body was in the pond behind his house and there was ONE person there when it happened. #JusticeForOli

The CT State Police continue to investigate Herbert‘s October 17th, 2018 death as suspicious though the case appears to have largely stalled. Herbert‘s body was found in a small pond near his Stafford Springs, CT home with unprescribed antidepressants & sleeping aids found in his system at the time. Shortly after his death, his wife Elizabeth had stated that he had been self-medicating for ‘manic depression’.
A series of oddly worded statements on social media made by Elizabeth in the days following Oli‘s passing cast much public suspicion on her. In the months that followed, it was revealed that Oli had signed a new will signed under bizarre circumstances roughly a week prior to his death which named his widow Elizabeth the sole executrix of his estate. It was also revealed that their home together was under foreclosure and more.
A fan-led campaign named ‘Justice For Oli Herbert‘ was formed in the wake of his passing hoping to get to the bottom of the matter. Meanwhile, this past October it was revealed that Elizabeth has been seeking legal action against All That Remains over allegedly unpaid profits.
