The Foo Fighters are kicking off the new year with another entry in their ‘Foo Files‘ series of archival releases. “00959525” is latest to arrive via the series and is now available across leading streaming services. This latest outing looks back to their 1995 era, compiling b-sides and rarities released around their self-titled debut album, which turns 25 this year. Here’s how this latest EP runs:
01 – ” Winnebago”
02 – “Podunk”
03 – “How I Miss You”
04 – “Ozone” (Ace Frehley cover)
05 – “Floaty” (live at BBC Evening Session, London, UK – November 1995)
06 – “Alone + Easy Target” (live at BBC Evening Session, London, UK – November 1995)
Meanwhile, the band have also been working on a new album recently. If the below posts are anything to go by, they are employing some creative recording techniques. Though their posts also include a hashtag for their aforementioned debut album turning 25, it is unclear if they have any plans to celebrate the anniversary.
