Tengger Cavalry‘s new album “Northern Memory” is currently streaming in its entirety ahead of its release this Friday, May 10th. The band’s frontman Nature G produced the outing and commented of the album:
“With this album, in comparison to the traditional approach of Mongolian and Chinese folk tunes, we used many traditional central Asian folk elements, giving it a ‘desert-like’ sound. Also, as I am a long time Rammstein fan, listeners will hear some machine-like riffs inspired by the band.”

This outing is considered Vol. 1 of “Northern Memory” with a second volume consisting of five additional tracks also set for release on May 10th as well. The group will be releasing the albums independently after having some well-documented troubles with past labels that in part nearly led to a suicide attempt.
