Zao Say Issues With “The Funeral Of God” Vinyl Release Have Been Resolved

While Tragic Hero Records‘ planned vinyl pressing of the Zao‘s 2004 album “The Funeral Of Godturned out to be a clusterfuck, it would appear things have now solidified. The band themselves previously vented on how the aforementioned label handled the failed vinyl pressing of the outing, which was supposed to arrive back in September. According to the band, those issues have now been resolved and they had the following to say of it:

“The license disagreement/chaos with the Funeral Of God vinyl has been resolved. The early stages of manufacturing are beginning. Still going to be a bit, have to go through whole art-proof and test pressing etc phase, but it is 100% happening. All outstanding (non refunded) pre-orders will be fulfilled by Tragic Hero first. Then the rest of the copies will go live through our store and tragic hero will have copies up. Again, this is all a ways off yet. Sorry for the confusion (we were confused as well, shouldn’t be this hard)”
