Holding Absence Debut “Monochrome” Music Video, Announce Replacement For Capsize On European/UK Tour

Holding Absence have released a brand new music video for their song “Monochrome“. It is taken from the band’s self-titled debut album, due out next Friday, March 08th release on SharpTone Records. Vocalist Lucas Woodland had the following to say of the clip:

“We’re so proud and excited to show everybody Monochrome, the song shows our band sonically and visually in a new light and opens a lot of doors for us. We feel like this track, alongside the prior 3 singles released are a great insight as to what our album has to offer and what fans can expect.”

Meanwhile, the band have added The Nightmares to their European/UK tour in place of Capsize. Capsize were removed from the run following multiple allegations of sexual misconduct being leveled against the band. In light of that development, Holding Absence are also bringing representatives from Safe Gigs For Women out on the tour and had the following to say of that:

“As a band, we hate more than anything to have to cancel a tour or let down our fans – but the only thing worse than having to do that, is having to do so due to particular shows becoming a place where our fans may feel unsafe or unwelcome. After this experience, we’ve decided to do everything we can to tackle the issue and make all Holding Absence shows safe for all people. With that in mind, we’ll be bringing Safe Gigs For Women out with us to help lend support and comfort to those who may need it.”
