Ozzy Osbourne Diagnosed With Pneumonia, More Touring Cancelled

Ozzy Osbourne has been forced to cancel his planned shows in Australia, New Zealand and Japan as per his doctor’s orders. The news follows his previously booked European/UK tour earlier with Judas Priest being cancelled earlier this year. Osbourne initially was forced to miss the dates after being diagnosed with a ‘severe upper-respiratory infection’ that apparently landed him in intensive care and saw him requiring respiratory aid.

According to a new statement (see below,) Ozzy has since developed pneumonia and remains under doctors orders to take it easy for six weeks.

Ozzy has announced that he will now cancel shows in Australia, New Zealand and Japan. This follows news of the postponement of the entire UK and European leg of his “NO MORE TOURS 2” tour on doctors’ orders.

Ozzy recently developed pneumonia and has spent some time in hospital. Thankfully he is now through the worst part,’ says Sharon Osbourne. ‘His doctors have advised that he stay at home to recuperate for a full six weeks with no travel.'”
