Ghost took home a Swedish Grammis Award today for the best hard rock/metal release. The awards were handed out at a ceremony in Stockholm with the band winning it for their “Popestar” release. It is their third Grammis win over the years. They faced off some stiff competition this year, with the other nominees being:

Cult Of Luna & Julie Christmas – “Mariner”
Dark Tranquillity – “Atoma”
In Flames – “Battles”
