Five Finger Death Punch‘s “The Wrong Side Of Heaven And The Righteous Side Of Hell Volume 2” has been certified gold in the U.S. by the RIAA. The sales award signifies 500,000 copies ‘sold’ with streaming now also factored into the results since this past February. The album was originally released on November 19th, 2013 and was officially certified this past Friday, October 21st.
It’s the third sales award the band have received this year from the RIAA with their 2009 album “War Is The Answer” having gone platinum this past February and their latest release, “Got Your Six“, gone gold this past August. The first volume of “The Wrong Side Of Heaven And The Righteous Side Of Hell” went gold back in March of 2015.
Five Finger Death Punch continue to be one of the most commercially successful modern rock/metal acts, with gold albums for “American Capitalist” and “Way Of The Fist” already under their belt as well as a platinum single for their cover of Bad Company‘s “Bad Company“.
