1349‘s new album will be titled “Massive Cauldron Of Chaos” when it hits stores this fall. The band revealed the cover art and track listing for the outing via Metal Hammer today. Due out overseas on September 29th, the opus will run as follows:

04 – “Postmortem”
05 – “Mengele’s”
06 – “Golem”
07 – “Chained”
08 – “Godslayer”
