Metallica‘s show this past Saturday, July 28th, in Mexico City, Mexico raised some eyebrows after a crew member was lit aflame during the bands set. However, the incident has since been revealed as being pre-planned; serving as a homage to their 1997 “Cunning Stunts” performance—which featured a similar fiery stunt.
