A new report over at Thegauntlet.com states that the legal team of Lamb Of God‘s Randy Blythe has made a formal request for a bail hearing, which will summarily be held on July 19th.
Blythe had previously posted $200,000 bail last week to be released from custody. He remains detained however due to the prosecutors in the case filing a complaint against his release. New evidence has allegedly since been submitted to back up the complaint.
Blythe has been imprisoned, though not charged, in the Czech Republic for 15 days on suspicion of manslaughter. The situation revolves around the fatal injuries suffered by a 19 year old fan at a show the band played in Prague, Czech Republic in 2010.
