How To Destroy Angels (Nine Inch Nails) will also be appearing on the soundtrack/score to the upcoming new film adaptation of “The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo“. The news was recently confirmed via the bands Twitter with the following posting:
“Yes, David Fincher asked us to do a cover of Bryan Ferry‘s “Is Your Love Strong Enough?” for Dragon Tattoo. It will be on the soundtrack.”
The soundtrack will primarily feature the Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross penned score for the new version of the film, which will open in theaters on December 21st. However, a cover of Led Zeppelin‘s “Immigrant Song“, which features Karen O from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, is also expected to appear on the album. More details on the effort and it’s release date are expected tomorrow, December 02nd.
