Earlier in the year a 31-year-old Kentucky man was arrested for posting an admittedly touchy passage of lyrics from Exodus‘s track, “Class Dismissed (A Hate Primer)“. The lyrics referenced a school shooting, which led to police being tipped off.
Initially the man, James E. Evans, was charged with terroristic threatening and served eight days in jail. A report over at Fox17.com has word that prosecutors have now dismissed the felony charge against Evans.
Evans was aided by in this outcome of the charges by the Kentucky branch of the American Civil Liberties Union, along with his attorney Bill Sharp.
