Oblige have bolstered their line-up with ex-Suicide Silence bassist Mike Bodkins and former Impending Doom guitarist Greg Pewthers. The band spoke out on their additions with the following group statement:
“Oblige is going stronger than ever right now, and we are very excited to release our new full length. We plan to tour as much as possible in support of the record. Thanks so much to everyone who has supported us, we cant wait to see everyone on the road.”
Currently the newly retooled outfit are hard at work writing material for their next album which they plan to record and release later this year. No word yet on who will release it however as the band recently ‘respectfully’ parted ways with Stillborn Records.
