British death metal outfit Memoriam (ex-Bolt Thrower) have confirmed the details for their sixth studio album “Endgame“, which true to its title, will be their last. Notably, that record features the studio drumming talents of Dirk Verbeuren (Megadeth, etc.). Memoriam‘s camp said of the effort in a recent statement:
“British death metal veterans MEMORIAM will release their sixth and final studio album ‘Endgame‘ on January 29th, 2027 via Reaper Entertainment.
After ten years, MEMORIAM are bringing their remarkable studio journey to a close on their own terms – with one final, uncompromising statement.
Today, the band also reveals the stunning cover artwork for ‘Endgame‘, once again created by legendary artist Dan Seagrave, whose unmistakable work has accompanied MEMORIAM since the very beginning.
Produced by Russ Russell, ‘Endgame‘ captures everything that has defined MEMORIAM over the past decade: crushing heaviness, monumental riffs, dark atmosphere and uncompromising lyrics.
The album also features Dirk Verbeuren on drums, bringing his incredible power and dynamics to the final chapter of MEMORIAM’s studio career.
