While numerous musicians have have cycled through controversial grindcore outfit Escuela Grind at this point, it would appear the new addition of drummer Jake Sanders is intended to stick. His addition has allowed Jesse Fuentes to vacate his spot behind the kit and assume guitar duties, as guitarist Tom Sifuentes has once again apparently exited the band. Sifuentes previously made headlines for being fired from the group in 2024 for voicing safety concerns related to his hearing. They later reconciled and this latest appears to be more amicable, with the band indicating they hope to welcome him back to the fold again soon as a third guitarist.
These lineup shifts come just as Escuela Grind have confirmed they’ve concluded recording their next release. Speaking via their social media in a statement shared yesterday, April 17th, the band offered:

It’s time to introduce you all to our new drummer! @jrs.drms blast beats are on another level. We look forward to sharing the stage with him for our upcoming tour in Europe.
We are excited to announce this as our drummer & key songwriter Jesse will be joining Justin & Krissy on guitar duty.
We appreciated Toms return to guitar over the last year & hope he can join us for third guitar madness in the near future. We have officially wrapped up recordings for the next EG release and we cannot wait for everyone to hear what is coming next!”
