Snot resumed tracking sessions last week for their first new material with their latest single Andy Knapp. The latter took over fronting the band last year, performing his first show with the group this past January. Initial studio sessions this past Summer yielded a pair of new songs with Chris Collier (Korn, Prong) overseeing the production, etc. duties.
Snot‘s last proper full-length album “Get Some” was released in 1997. The following tragic death of their vocalist Lynn Strait in December of 1998, the band went on to repurpose the material they had been working on for their sophomore album into “Strait Up“, an all-star tribute to the fallen frontman.
