A pair of fans who attempted to scale a production tower during Metallica‘s November 01st, 2025 headlining show at the Optus Stadium in Perth, Australia have been handed down a lifetime ban from the venue. 20-year-old Beau William Loch Rollings and 23-year-old Rory Hugh Culbert were found to have rushed a security fence and scaled the production tower, remaining up the structure for around 15 to 20 minutes before being brought down and arrested by local authorities.
Perth Now report that the Rollings admitted that he had been drinking prior to the stunt. In addition to the ban, he was fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $308.80 to the court. Culbert was reported to have received a similar penalty for his participation in the incident.
