New England hardcore punk group Restraining Order have signed a deal with Blue Grape Music. Plans have been laid to have the band’s third full-length album, “Future Fortune“, out on September 12th. For now, an Austin Gomez-directed video for the first single “Know Not” is available to watch below. The band’s vocalist Pat Cozens elaborated on the intent behind that track, stating:
“‘Know Not‘ takes on the simple yet hard to grasp mission in life. That we must keep moving forward. Life will always be confusing but we all know deep down what we have to do to be our best. It’s never easy, never will be, so we’ve all got to hold ourselves accountable to get to where we want to be. It also continues a constant theme of this band and in my lyrics. We must keep striving to get ahead of life, especially in a world that’s always multiple steps ahead of you.”
