Guns N’ Roses have now officially announced the addition of Isaac Carpenter as their new drummer. The 45-year-old musician has previously spent time in Guns N’ Roses bassist/vocalist Duff McKagan‘s side project Loaded, while also performing with AWOLNATION, Gosling and more.
His new role in the diamond-certified hard rock juggernauts arrives a day after Guns N’ Roses revealed they had amicably parted ways with Frank Ferrer — their longest serving percussionist to date. Guns N’ Roses briefly announced their newest member on social media this afternoon (March 20th,) stating: “Welcoming Isaac Carpenter as the new drummer of Guns N’ Roses.”
