Poppy took part in Australian radio station Triple J‘s ongoing ‘Like A Version‘ series, performing both a cover and an original track in the studio. For the cover, the alternative rock/metal musician took on Sabrina Carpenter‘s 2x platinum hit, “Taste“, complete with a nod to the Divinyls‘ hit “I Touch Myself“. When it came to performing one of her own tracks, she took on the song “crystalized” from her current album “Negative Spaces“.
Earlier today (February 06th) House Of Protection, Chinese American Bear and Kumo 99 were announced as openers for Poppy‘s spring North American headlining tour.
