Foo Fighters vocalist/guitarist Dave Grohl will be performing live at an upcoming show commemorating 50 years of ‘Saturday Night Live‘ later this month. That ‘Home Coming Concert’ for the late night comedy sketch program will take place at Radio City Music Hall in New York, NY on February 14th. It will be livestreamed across Peacock, in addition to screening at select theaters.
The concert will also feature performances from the likes of Lady Gaga, Bad Bunny, Post Malone, Devo, Pearl Jam‘s Eddie Vedder and more. Grohl‘s newly announced involvement continues his streak as the most frequent musical guest to have appeared on ‘Saturday Night Live‘.
The show will also serve as a relatively rare live performance by him as of late, having largely kept out of the public eye since publicly admitting to infidelity resulting in a child outside of his marriage last fall.
Outside of some public volunteering since, Grohl had maintained a low profile — at least until rejoining his Nirvana bandmates onstage late last month for a benefit concert for victims of the Californian wildfires. The roster for ‘SNL50: The Homecoming Concert‘ runs as follows:
