Last night’s (January 30th) ‘FireAid‘ benefit concert for victims of the Californian wildfires saw a cavalcade of stars take part in special performances originating from the Intuit Dome and Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA. Among the performances featured was a surprise reunion of Nirvana‘s surviving members with a rotating cast of guest vocalists and more.

The diamond-certified grunge band’s drummer Dave Grohl, bassist Krist Novoselic and guitarist Pat Smear once again shared the stage together, this time with the likes of St. Vincent, Kim Gordon, Joan Jett and Dave‘s daughter Violet guesting.

That brief set originated from the Kia Forum and ran as follows:

Breed” (feat. St. Vincent)
School” (feat. Kim Gordon
Territorial Pissings” (feat. Joan Jett)
All Apologies” (feat. Violet Grohl & Kim Gordon)

The entire sprawling concert was livestreamed across the internet, with the Nirvana portion queued up below. Other performers included the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Green Day and more. Donations for the benefit concert are still being fielded via fireaidla.org.
