Kylesa have announced their return from hiatus. The sludge metal band’s duo of vocalists/guitarists Phillip Cope and Laura Pleasants revealed the news of their return on social media this week, sharing the below statement:
“After ten years away we are excited to announce our return to performing live, starting at the 2025 edition of Roadburn. We will be playing a limited number of special shows next year celebrating 25 years as a band and it all starts in Tilburg, Netherlands. We have so much more to tell you about over the coming months & we can’t wait to see you out there.

Next year’s edition of the annual ‘Roadburn Festival‘ will be held April 17th-20th in Tilburg, NET. Chat Pile & Altin Gün round out the initial artists to be announced thus far. Kylesa had previously hung it up back April of 2016.
