Texan metalcore outfit Fit For A King have decided upon stepping away from the traditional album cycle of releases going forward. The band’s vocalist Ryan Kirby commented on that via social media yesterday, September 26th. In a post made on X, he outlined the group’s new outlook towards their creative output:
There will be a restructure in the way FFAK releases new music. More singles/EPs while we take longer amounts of time perfecting albums.
So no more album every 2 years, but more new music, and more intentional records.

Fit For A King are currently co-headlining the ‘Metalcore Dropouts Tour‘ with The Devil Wears Prada. Counterparts and LANDMVRKS are also a part of that bill.
