New Zealand-based progressive metalcore group Crooked Royals have launched the final advance single from their approaching debut album “Quarter Life Daydream“. A music video for that song, “Counterfeit“, has just been given its online premiere. SIS Studios and Shelley Te Haara directed the video.
Speaking of the song, the band offered:
“‘Counterfeit‘ is about the duality of perception. The song is an argument with yourself about why we do things, observing other people’s motives, and how we respond to each other. The reality is our perception is meaningless.”
“Quarter Life Daydream” is headed for an October 21st release date through Periphery‘s 3DOT Recordings label.
