Miss May I have completed recording their seventh studio album which they plan to release later this year. While the band had initially completed the effort at Metro 37 Recording Studio in Rochester Hills, MI last fall, it would appear they were unhappy with the final product and recently went back to finish it. The group’s bassist Ryan Neff said of that earlier this month:
My band made an album and it was done until it wasn’t done. So now that it’s not done and we are going to go work on it more so that it is in fact: done.

Since then the band’s frontman Levi Benton confirmed earlier today (March 30th) that the sessions have now concluded:
