The Faceless frontman/guitarist Michael Keene made a rare appearance on Twitter today, October 17th. Amidst discussing his recent life updates, he mentioned that there are currently two releases from The Faceless in the works:
Hello Twitter. Long time no see. Just an update. I just bought an amazing house and recording studio, I’m engaged to be married and a TWO Faceless releases are currently being worked on! Can’t wait to show you what I’ve been working on!

The news follows some rocky years for Keene, which saw missed shows, massive lineup shifts and allegations of heroin abuse. The band’s touring this past summer seemed to have found him in a better place with a relatively stable batch of shows played.
It is unclear what releases Keene currently has in the works for The Faceless. He has had several projects in the works over the years, including a solo project dubbed Slaves And Masters, a long-gestating covers album and more. It is unclear the status of those releases.
