Metal Blade Records founder/CEO Brian Slagel is working on a memoir in celebration of the label turning 35. Titled “For The Sake Of Heaviness“, the book will feature a foreword from Metallica‘s Lars Ulrich and is due out later this year via BMG Publishing, according to a recent report on Billboard.com.
