Swedish death metal outfit Fimbul Winter have premiered a new single titled “Crowned In Ash“. That group unites a trio of former Amon Amarth members with Nemesium vocalist Clint Williams. Their debut EP “What Once Was“, saw a release this past November. According to the band:
“‘Crowned In Ash‘ is about enduring pain and suffering that nearly destroys you and emerging from it stronger than before.
Once you reach the other side, you realize the victory you were chasing was never what you expected. The ‘crown’ turned out to be made of ash, and the true price was simply surviving the journey itself.”
